Hofstra University '32
I am extremely blessed to announce my commitment at Hofstra University to continue my baseball and academic career. First off I would like to thank my family for being behind me from the very beginning, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without their love and support. Thank you, Mom, Dad, Hayleigh, Kaycee, and Makenzie, for joining me at all my tournaments, making countless sacrifices, and always being my biggest supporters. I’m so grateful to have you by my side through every step of this journey. I couldn’t have done it without you!
I also want to thank all of the coaches who have been a part of my journey along the way. Coach Mitchell, thank you for challenging me and continuing to be a great mentor, providing me with such valuable guidance and support. To Coach Jon, my original Coast family, and the Massapequa Cyclones Organization; Coach Rob and the Dreamchasers; Coach Juan for helping me with hitting, fielding, and my work ethic, Coach Adonis, Onix Salva for helping me get faster and stronger, Coach Jovon Edwards and IS elite, and Coach Phil for helping me all time; my Massapequa High School coaches, Coach Sheedy and Coach Caf; and my MVP coaches, Coach Hortsman and Coach Hickey — thank you all for the time, knowledge, support, and dedication you’ve given me throughout my baseball journey. Each of you has played a part in helping me grow as both a player and a person, and I’m grateful for everything you’ve done for me.
A special thank-you to Pete Kritikos and MVP for all of your support throughout this process and for helping me navigate this exciting next chapter.
I would also like to thank Coach Catalanotto, Coach Rojas, Coach Battaglia, Coach Goelz, Coach Pelcher, and the rest of the Hofstra Baseball coaching staff for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Hofstra family and can’t wait to get to work, learn from the staff, and compete alongside my future teammates.
I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has helped me along the way. This is just the beginning, and I’m ready to embrace this next chapter and represent Hofstra University with pride!
GO PRIDE!

I’m proud to announce that, as of April 1, 2027, MVP Baseball will have its own 30,000-square-foot facility: the MVP Player Development Center.

Our goal is to give MVP players a place to train, grow, and prepare for the next level with the support of our own staff. The center will include:

* 10 batting cages and tunnels
* A full weight room
* A college recruiting office
* 15,000 square feet of covered outdoor turf for fielding and speed training
* Programs built around player development and individual needs

With limited outside rentals, the center will be focused on giving our players more opportunities to train multiple days each week and get the support they need to reach their goals.

We’re grateful to every player and family who has been part of MVP along the way—from our very first group, to the 2024 graduates who trusted us as we began this venture, to every player in between, and the future players who will trust us to help prepare them for college and professional baseball. Thank you for believing in us.

Years ago, when we set out on our own, who could have imagined MVP would grow to be in four states & six locations/affiliates on Long Island. As of April 1, 2027, we’ll have our own facility—and be the tenant in our OWN building. We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and grateful to the families who have helped make it possible.

I also want to thank our hardworking staff. You care about these kids, do things the right way, and step up whenever something needs to get done. This is your home, too. I’ll continue to support you in your coaching careers and in your personal lives. We’re a family, and none of this happens without all of us working together.

To my wife: thank you for always supporting our dreams and goals, and for the sacrifices our family makes so I can do what I love and help these players.

We’ll share more details about our programs, what’s included with playing for MVP, and the programs already available at the facility as we get closer to April 1.

Had an awesome experience at the USA Baseball NTIS Champions Cup in Cary, NC. Grateful for the opportunity to represent the Northeast and compete at a high level.

Playing at Duke was definitely a highlight, and learning about the college recruiting process was extremely valuable. I’m grateful to my trainers and coaches for their continued guidance, support, and belief in me.

Thankful for the opportunity, the lessons, and the memories.

Gabriel Estevez, MVP NY 2027/Baldwin HS, has committed to Queens College!
.
The slick fielding shortstop is a plus defender with great natural instincts for the position. Someone that can stay at short for years to come. Outstanding baserunner with ability to swipe a ton of bags and pop in the bat.
.
Congratulations to Gabriel and his family.

Hello my PEOPLE, I hope you are all doing well. I’m reaching out with a humble request for support for the kids in our program. We are trying to raise at least $400 to help with school requirements, including school fees/tuition, books, pens, pencils, bags, and food for the children.

Many of these kids come from difficult situations, and your support would make a big difference in helping them continue both their education and sports development. Any contribution, big or small, will truly be appreciated and will directly help the children.

Thank you so much for always caring about and supporting the kids. May God bless you.Thank you my friend please. You can send through Western Union to my account number;
