OK… THIS ONE IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT 🌀🎶

Introducing FLOW STATE - a yoga experience with the volume turned up!

Elisha is taking you through a juicy, playful Groove Yoga flow while DJ Groovesis aka Brooke Carter @groovesis_ brings the live beats.

We’re stepping off the predictable yoga path and letting the music have a say. Move to the rhythm. Play with your practice. Get out of your head. Let your body lead 💫

Expect good music, big energy, creative movements and plenty of good vibes - without taking ourselves too seriously.

WHEN: Sat Nov 14th
