🇮🇹 A SPECIAL SEMINAR WITH OLYMPIC CHAMPION FABIO BASILE! 🥇

Another stellar seminar here at Kano Martial Arts!

From white belts to black belts, Fabio Basile demonstrated an incredible ability to teach, inspire, and connect with practitioners of every rank. His technical knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for Judo were on full display.

Beyond the techniques, Fabio shared powerful lessons on overcoming mental and physical challenges, the importance of professionalism, and what it truly means to be obsessed with your goals.

A masterclass in technique, mindset, discipline, and humility.

Thank you, Fabio, for sharing your knowledge and experience with our Kano family. We can’t wait to have you back on the mats!

Mutual benefit. Maximum effort. Always Kano. 🥋

7:00 am on the mats. Kid is back in school, sun isn’t even fully awake yet, and I’m out here at @kanomartialarts attempting to launch grown men while every muscle in my body screams from yesterday's workout.

Judo before coffee is a religious experience. My legs are lead, my grip is pumped, and my hamstrings are currently holding a grievance meeting.

See ya next time 👋🥋!

Watch how I took a Judo Drill and used same concepts for MMA takedowns.

@gstleger showed me this Judo drill and I ran with it.

Can use in Open Space or Against the Wall!

Give a Try.
