POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

My first time on a scooter. There were no proper roads and no traffic lights, so I wanted to start from the top. I thought, if I can drive there, I can drive anywhere. 😄

After a 10-day silent Vipassana course, I entered full chaos. I believed there would be no challenges after realizing that I create my own challenges. Even with all the fear I had, my inner voice screamed, you must do it. I knew I had to listen to my inner voice. After three painful, sleepless nights, I did it. There was nothing to fear.

I became a very good driver. The machine became part of me. I didn’t need to think. We were a team. My exceptional networking skills apparently include machines too. Of course, because I am an alien. 👽

The second challenge was running 5k. I had failed before because I lost a team along the way. 🙄
This time it worked. I completed my first 5k in my life. It was a very spiritual run. I received so many downloads along the way. I would share my wisdom in fancier, separate posts… but I’m a lazy guru.

I wish for a traditional family dinner every year, but it never happens. This year, though, I had a wonderful Christmas dinner with an amazing community. The energy was incredible. A family of conscious humans, some just met, some known for a while. No words can describe it.

The rest is the party scene that always finds me. Karma or destiny, even though I’m not as interested in clubbing as before, I still find myself there.

Life is about accepting what you receive without judging. Say yes to the world. 💃✨

A throwback to the 2013 squad at the DIII NCAA Final 4 Banquet in San Antonio, Texas. Absolutely dressed to impress on the night! Captains @bobbyfost and @joeauleta led the way!

Although the Scarlet Raptors lost in the national final after a 37 game unbeaten streak (#11 best all time in DIII) to Messiah and finished the season #2 in the country at 23-1-2, RUCMS remains the last state school (public university) program (all private vs private schools since) to appear in the National Championship game!

What a run for these guys! #GGRC
