Designed to adapt.

Not just a bag — a system.

Each piece in our commenhers.lab collection is made to connect, combine, and evolve with you.
Wear it as a sling, a backpack, or bring them together as one.

Built from reclaimed materials — kayaks, air mattresses, tents — each piece carries a past life, reimagined through process and making.

No two are ever the same.
Nothing is fixed.
Everything is still becoming.

Made in small batches with our community of makers 🤍

🛒 Shop online: www.commenhers.com

How does anyone ever say “nothing much happened”?
Also don’t ask me if I work. Senator, I’m Singaporean. Of course I do.

Anyway. Too much time, can’t sleep, not in the best state.
But it’s been good to reflect on 2025.

This year had a lot of firsts.
First festival.
First proper girls’ trip(s) in a long time.
First time travelling with a group of friends since… honestly, 2009?

Got my freediving cert
and my advanced scuba cert.
Travelled more than I expected.
Did a few really special trips with people who came into my life not that long ago and somehow stayed.

I included the mangrove project in the 20 because it really meant a lot to me.

My birthday was different this year too.
I don’t really celebrate it. Haven’t, not for a while now.
But this time I thought, why am I not celebrating myself?
So of course I did it my way.
Diving. Freediving. Surfing.
And innndooo foooood.
It felt right.

2024 was my first year back at work (for makeup) after cancer, so I told myself I’d only take on work that felt fun.
Turns out, in 2025, I’m still having fun even while taking things more seriously.
Didn’t see that coming.

Content creation changed me more than I expected.
Not just how I tell stories, but how I read them.
The “meta-narrative”.
The story behind the stories.
How people present themselves.
Even how friendship looks when you pay closer attention.

I don’t overthink letting go anymore.
I also don’t brush things under the carpet the way I used to.

I realised I was never scared of addressing things.
I was just unbothered.
Now, I still choose peace, but I also choose to say what matters.
Message sent. Clarity gained. Then I move on.

Not everyone is ready for communication.
Not everyone wants to be addressed.
But at least now, I know who is.

2026, are you with me?
Let’s get it.

2025 was filled with iconic moments thanks to you!!

We are so grateful for you and our community of Soeng Sisters around the world for believing in us. Running a small biz as a tiny, yet mighty team is no easy feat as we were met with multiple setbacks in the past. Yet, you made us believe harder in our own abilities to carry our vision forward as a team and a community together!

We can’t wait to see how YOU style your pieces into the new year!! 🥰😘

September was endless!! smile after smile, dinner after dinner, music after music, and I’ve got nooo complaint filling my life with art & magic hehe

One of the months I’m looking back at thinking HOW did I do all that??

🪭 making quality time for friends who truly bring such lightness & depth into my days
🪩 helping my mom set up her new pop up store at Tanglin Mall, go check it out! Bricks & Ocean!
🪭 Impact Week & hosting with my bestie, meeting more inspiring souls from the region through @wegotthis.world like @rismalwdly @nathanlaurenz @gianne.ruiz @renz.luyao & @foofaith0 & more
🪩 live music jam at sentosa by @annsiangsounds

even through all the non stop motion, still making time for some solo sitting & reflection, as well as tender moments with my grandpa who always makes life feel calm & meaningful 🪷
