🇬🇧 THE ONE WHO WELCOMES YOU You'll see her in the dining room, although she'll probably try to go unnoticed. Behind every recommendation, there's much more than a bottle of wine. She listens, takes notes, observes, and strives to find the perfect balance between what comes from the kitchen and what is poured into the glass. She loves small wineries, family-run projects, and people who work the land with the same philosophy that inspires us to light the fire every day. The best pairing is not always the most obvious one, but the one that brings everything on the table together. 🍷 Discipline. 🍷 Elegance. 🍷 Hospitality. Sandra is the one who guides you through the CARVóN experience. Together with Germán and Juanjo, she shares the same obsession: making sure you leave the restaurant wanting to come back. #EquipoCARVON #TeamCARVON #WineAndHospitality #SmallProducers #Hospitality 🍷🔥 📸@guiatastar

🇬🇧 THE INVISIBLE ENGINE If Germán is in one place and Sandra in another, Juanjo is probably in both. He runs, organizes, helps, solves problems, and somehow appears exactly where he's needed. The kind of teammate who makes everything work without ever needing attention. The kitchen needs him. The dining room does too. His talent isn't just his speed, but his willingness to fight through every service as if it were the very first. ⚡ Fast. ⚡ Determined. ⚡ Essential. Juanjo makes life easier for everyone around him. Together with Germán and Sandra, he is part of a small team where everyone pulls in the same direction to make sure every service runs as it should. #EquipoCARVON #TeamCARVON #HosteleriaReal #RealHospitality #BehindTheScenes 📸 @guiatastar

No busca protagonismo. Prefiere que hablen los platos. 🔥 Pasión. 🔥 Perseverancia. 🔥 Fuego. 🇬🇧 THE FIRE OF CARVóN Born in Uruguay, but fluent in a universal language: fire and embers. While guests enjoy their meal, he lives alongside the heat, the smoke, and the relentless rhythm of the kitchen. Behind every wild fish and every Galician Rubia beef chop lies hours of work, learning, and a constant obsession with doing things better. He doesn't seek the spotlight. He prefers to let the dishes speak for themselves. 🔥 Passion. 🔥 Perseverance. 🔥 Fire. Germán is the one who feeds people at CARVóN. Together with Juanjo and Sandra, he shares the same way of understanding this profession: respect for the product, love for the small details, and a constant desire to keep learning. #EquipoCARVON #TeamCARVON #CocinaConBrasa #CookingOverFire #PescadoSalvaje WildFish 📸@guiatastar
