If you’ve just found my page—welcome.

I’m Philip, and I believe health isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating habits that make you stronger, healthier and more confident over time. #personalcoach

This page isn’t here to impress you.

It’s here to show you what’s possible when training, nutrition and everyday life finally work together.

Basketball has been part of my life since I was 10 years old.

I competed until I was 20, reaching Germany’s highest youth league (NBBL). Even today you’ll still find me on the court almost every weekend, and I’m proud to coach young athletes at ALBA Berlin.

What I love most isn’t just the sport itself.

It’s the teamwork, the #discipline , the constant learning and the feeling of improving together.

Those values have shaped the way I coach today.

One thing many people don’t know about me:

Even after studying #healthmanagement I went through a period where I gained a significant amount of weight.

Life became stressful, priorities changed and healthy habits slowly disappeared.

Since 2024 I’ve lost more than 20 kg of body fat while building muscle again. #getlean

That journey reminded me that knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things.

It’s also why I have so much empathy for the people I coach.

EXPERIENCE MATTERS.

I’ve been strength training for 16 years and coaching for more than a decade.

In that time, I’ve helped people lose fat, build muscle and finally move pain-free again.

This transformation shows what’s possible with the right approach: over 10 weeks, I reduced 5 kg of body fat in a controlled way while maintaining — and possibly even building — muscle mass.

Every body is different.

That’s why I don’t believe in copy-paste training plans.

Your coaching should fit your body, your goals and your lifestyle — not someone else’s.

MY JOB ISN’T TO COUNT REPS.

It’s to guide you.

For the past six years I worked as an international project manager

Today I use those same skills in a different way.

Planning.

Structure.

Problem solving.

Long-term thinking.

Except now, the project isn’t a business.

It’s you.

Because lasting progress doesn’t happ

💡Nothing is more constant than change.

🌎Our lives alone are full of emotional highs and lows; if you don’t maintain your balance, things can quickly spiral out of control!

These depths can bring a dark side with them if we lack stability in the form of a routine that is good for us.

Drugs—by which I mean anything that allows us to briefly forget our problems (whether consciously or unconsciously). This includes high-sugar foods and media consumption. What else would you personally include?

✋This is my call to you: confront your personal emotional demons and write down everything you want to achieve or get done in the future—the important thing is that it brings you closer to your goals and reduces or eliminates your problems in the long run.

I would like to help you, because none of us has to be alone. 🫂

39 degrees—or was it actually 42 degrees in Berlin in the end?

In temperatures like that, I like to escape to the great outdoors—and especially to the water.

How did you survive the heat?

I drove to Seehausen, which has a great many lakes and beautiful forests—places I also visited. It’s only a 1:22 h way and was the perfect spot to truly relax and escape the city at the same time.
