That was an amazing weekend!! Thank you so so so much to all the people who visited + bought something special from our exhibiting artists. You choosing to make the effort to visit + spend your money with independent creatives really means a lot.

And a big special smushy thank you to all our exhibiting artists – so many people complimented the standard of the work! You were all such a pleasure to work with… Doing these events + getting to meet you all, have lovely chats + see what wonderment you create is my absolute favourite part of producing these events – always has been + always will be ✨

@pierogi_queen_ldn: it was brilliant to have you back, your presence behind the bar is magic! And @lucky.girl.matcha, you were a wonderful new addition to the bar!!

Korean Creatives Market

If you know me, you know how much I love Market Root!

The 7th edition, held at Copeland Park @copelandparkse , Peckham, had a unique theme that made the whole experience even more special: “Breaking Away, You Are Detected” — encouraging creatives to experiment with new ideas and showcase things we haven't seen before. Think art installations, food, jewellery, fashion and more!

And obviously, I had to investigate the food 👀 The theme made its way into the food, with black sesame, matcha and plenty of slightly suspicious-looking black creations 😂 amongst traditional Korean flavours and... naturally, I had to investigate!

So glad I was able to go again, despite everything going on, to see some of our favourite small businesses and creatives — and discover some new favourites too. 🤍

This weekend @ Wilderness ✨

Find our Makers’ Market tent within the festival’s magical Makers’ Quarter, with 30 stalls by amazing designer-makers + artists working across jewellery, slow fashion, ceramics, homewares, illustration + print.

You’ll find so many beautiful festival keepsakes here, have lovely chats with people who make what they love + love what they make, AND have the opportunity to get creative yourself, with 34 different workshops running alongside from Thu right through to Sun, offering everything from clay ocarina making to screen printing, embroidery, whittling, cyanotype photography, jewellery making, collaborative painting, quilting, drawing, raw wool yarn making, bookbinding + everything in between!

It’s gonna be a vibe ✨
