NEW COLLABORATION The Archives A LIVING COLLECTION - a collaboration with Christine Callsen Copenhagen House / Meridiani House Interior architect and art collector Christine Callsen and gallerist and art historian Caroline Bøge, owner of 2112, present The Archives — a curated art installation within Callsen’s Copenhagen House / Meridiani House showroom on Strandvejen in Hellerup north of Copenhagen, Denmark. Set among Meridiani interiors, the exhibition unfolds as a lived-in narrative rather than a traditional display. Works from the 1960s to today, drawn from the archives of 2112’s represented artists, are placed in dialogue with the furniture and selected works from Callsen’s personal collection — not as decoration, but as companions to daily life. The presentation brings together selected works by artists with strong museum and institutional presence, underscoring a commitment to enduring artistic quality. These are works that exist beyond trends and are grounded in significant practices and histories, and here experienced in an intimate, domestic setting. The Archives explores the idea of collecting as an ongoing, intuitive process. Art is not treated as something static or distant, but as something that accumulates meaning over time — shaped by context, memory, and personal history. Each piece carries its own past, yet together they form a cohesive atmosphere: a space that feels assembled across decades. The presentation invites visitors to experience art the way it exists in a home — layered, evolving, and deeply intertwined with the rhythms of living. It reflects a sensibility where design and art are inseparable, and where a collection becomes a portrait of a life lived with attention. ART AUCTION – 17 SEPTEMBER 2026 WOMEN. ART. ACTION. We are pleased to contribute works by artists from 2112 to an upcoming charity auction supporting Women2Women and KOLO Nordic’s humanitarian work in Ukraine. Together with Gallery Alice Folker, Format Artspace, Gallery Anne Aarsland, 2112, and a selection of female artists, Women2Women and KOLO Nordic are bringing the art community together around one shared goal: to raise funds for vehicles and humanitarian aid for women in Ukraine. The auction will also feature works by a specially selected group of Ukrainian female artists, several of whom will be exhibiting in Denmark for the first time. This will be Women2Women’s fourth trip to Ukraine and KOLO Nordic’s 50th trip. With the funds raised, Women2Women and KOLO Nordic will source suitable vehicles, fill them with much-needed humanitarian aid, and drive them directly to carefully selected women and organisations working close to the front line. We are participating in the auction with works by Jeannette Ehlers, Lea Guldditte Hestelund, Gun Gordillo, Ruth Campau, Kirstine Roepstorff, Sophie Dupont, and Malene Landgreen. The auction takes place at Ukraine House and is led by Alexa Bruun Rasmussen. Thank you, Enter Art Fair, for yet another amazing year. At this year’s edition, we were pleased to present two booths: one featuring works by Eva Weis Bentzon, Ruth Campau, Lars Christensen, Sophie Dupont, Jeannette Ehlers, Gun Gordillo, Lea Guldditte Hestelund, Malene Landgreen, Kirstine Roepstorff, Dan Stockholm, Christian Vind, and Carla Zaccagnini, and the other dedicated to photographs by David McCabe taken in 1964–65, commissioned by Andy Warhol and featuring defining figures of the New York art and cultural scene, including Edie Sedgwick, Marisol, Rudolf Nureyev, Mick Jagger, and Salvador Dalí. The McCabe presentation was developed in collaboration with Susan Cipolla, Director of the David McCabe Photography Collection. Thank you to everyone who visited our booths, engaged with the works, and joined us in conversation throughout the fair. We look forward to next year!

Alongside this, we are presenting 2112 SOLO: David McCabe, a focused selection of photographs taken in 1964–65, when Andy Warhol commissioned British photographer David McCabe to document his daily life. The photographs trace a formative period in which Warhol was actively shaping his public persona and include portraits and encounters with figures from his close orbit, including Edie Sedgwick, Marisol, James Rosenquist, Mick Jagger, and Salvador Dalí, among others. The presentation has been developed in collaboration with Susan Cipolla, Director of the David McCabe Photography Collection, and extends the exhibition Creating an Icon: Andy Warhol through the Lens of David McCabe, presented by 2112 earlier this year. An expanded version will open at Kunsten Museum of Modern Art Aalborg in January 2027.
