Almost a year ago, I started training Muay Thai, and I’ve been lucky enough to spend most of that year here in Thailand.

Since then, I’ve fought 7 times, finishing 5–2 with 2 TKOs, and had the opportunity to represent two gyms I’m incredibly grateful for — @powerhousephuket and @phuketmuaythai .

It’s been one of the best chapters of my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for the people, friendships, and experiences that have come with it.

For now, I’m going to take a step back from fighting and from training at the intensity I have been. I’ve picked up a few injuries that need some time to heal, and I could use a bit of a mental reset as well. Nothing dramatic — I just think it’s the right time to slow down, recover, and enjoy life outside of fighting for a while.

I’ll still train for fun when I can, just without the pressure of fighting or training full-time.

For the next couple of months, I’m planning to travel, visit friends, and experience a bit more of the world before heading home for Christmas.

I know I’ll be back in Thailand, and I know I’ll fight again. This is not goodbye but a see you again. For now, I just need some time to rest, reset, and enjoy whatever comes next. ❤️. I’m only 21 after all 🤣
