Hey, your friendly zine editor here. I want to thank everyone who’s picked up a copy of TC1 over the last two weeks. I never expected to go through the first print run so quickly and I’ve been blown away by your support.

A new print run has arrived today so for those waiting on an order, it’s either winging its way to you already or about to be posted. Keep your eyes peeled📮

If you’ve not yet copped the zine and are interested in getting one, head to the bigcartel link in my bio to order direct or hit up the following homies if they’re close to your location:

@worlds_appreciated_kitsch (Amsterdam), @b.dossche (Antwerp), @unionwiththeabsolute (Berlin), @happy.noise.collective (Berlin), @bustfanzine (Brighton), @forcednarrativezine (Cologne), @guttergroove (Copenhagen), @desperate.infant.records (Hong Kong), @these.words.still.pray (Melbourne).

Wanna take a stack to sell in your town? Get in touch for wholesale rates. Thanks again!

Little (well) ZINE appreciation post. First and foremost: huge freakin' thanks to @guttergroove for delivering zee goods. And here's the thing. Hardcore rules. ZINES rule. But you already knew that, right? I love good writing, I love shitty writing, I love witty writing, I love nerd-ass writing, I love smart-ass writing, I love nerdy pieces about obscure bands, I love nerdy pieces about grainy hc sets of obscure (and: not-so-obscure) bands from the early 80s till eternity. I love mosh-ratings and long-winded texts about demo tapes clocking in at four minutes. I love deep-cut interviews and texts about OLC (no!). Zine writers of the world unite. You're the silent army in the back. And hey: I also love looking at pictures. How do all the current zines look so freakin' DOPE? You on your design-school-degree type shit? I am still pushing visual buttons. Homer Simpson and/or monkey type beat. Just might recruit a talented guy to do that dirty creative work👀 In a world gone to shit at least a zine should be a thing of beauty. Bust.

Volume 1 Issue 5 was released last weekend. Thrown together rather quickly. Thanks to those who contributed and MRR for unknowingly loaning me a Poison Idea interview 😎

All big cartel orders are in God’s hands now. Everything else should be out after the weekend. Thanks for the support! Fanzines rule! As does Chain Reaction. Half a pic by @kevienpictures
