Our latest guest, UK media training legend Guy Clapperton, dropped this gem during our convo 👇
👉 The worst thing you can say in a live interview? “No comment.”
Yup. Instant credibility killer. 🎯

What magic lies around you hidden in plain sight?

Where is your sense of wonder?

You don’t need to be the smartest or the fastest to succeed. Application of consistent positive daily habits will make you a winner just like the tortoise in Aesop’s fable.

After hearing Guy Clapperton say in episode 297 that as a podcaster I am essentially a journalist, I looked into the role of a journalist in today’s society.

With reflection I recognise that with this podcast I am reflecting society and giving voices to the voiceless. I am in constant pursuit of people’s truth. The questions I ask and the answers that are shared are all in the interest of helping you to make wise choices and informed decisions. So with reflection I am a journalist.

What are these Reflections with Actions’ episodes all about?

After every five guest interviews, I reflect on each of the individual episodes and focus in on specific topics pulling on different threads and diving deeper to explore elements that piqued my interest.

In this episode, I share my Reflections with Actions from these five recent podcast episodes:
293 Never Lose Focus with Cyril Mannion
294 Unstoppable Force for Good with Andy Green
295 Calm Confidence with Jo Moseley
296 Find Your Brave with Sarah Oakley
297 The Near Futurist with Guy Clapperton

Living each day becomes your legacy. Learning from the past and carving your path for the future is shaped by how you spend each moment of each day. Without choosing to leave a legacy you may lack a sense of purpose or meaning in life.

What legacy will you create today?

Tune into Focus on WHY Podcast episode 298 and let me know your Reflections with Actions! Link in bio above ⬆️
