Khai and Guy learn to tie their belts.

There are much fancier ways, but everyone has to learn how to tie their belt at some point.

It’s been 2 years since the QW crew hit Paris for the IBJFF European 2024 champs. Just some fun moments from behind the scenes when we were all skinny.

Learning new skills. Some recent shots on 35mm film on a camera that is probably older than everyone in the room combined. Last shot was by @roarkebouffe.

Make friends who force you to level up…

Couldn’t be prouder of this dude, who has has earned his stripes and belts alongside me over the years.

This is a reminder to myself, for what is possible and what is still to come.

The year has started great with a massive gold at an IBJJF Major and being awarded my brown belt.

This is me putting it into the universe for more goals to be achieved this year:
IBJJF World Masters - Las Vegas - Aug/Sep
IBJJF Masters International - Barcelona - May
IBJJF Rome Open - Rome - Oct
IBJJF No Gi Europeans - Rome - Oct
AJP World champs - Abu Dhabi - Nov

This is obviously a massive financial undertaking. If you are reading this and have an interest and ability to help, please reach out to me to discuss options.

So incredibly proud of all our little ones, who killed it at grading this past weekend. Their hard work and dedication is rather inspiring. Glad I get to call this a job.
