🚨 3 DAYS TO SIP + SUPPORT GV POMPON! 💙

Starting TOMORROW, we’re teaming up with GV Pompon Club for our Move-In Fundraiser at Lake Michigan Nutrition!

📅 Wednesday 8/26 - Friday 8/28
⏰ 7AM–5PM

For all 3 days, a portion of each menu item sold will support GV Pompon Club. So your regular LMN run can help support these amazing GVSU students at the same time!

And we had to make something special for the occasion…

💙 THE POM LAKER POP 💙
Pomegranate B-Vitamins + Collagen + Herbal Tea + Watermelon + Blue Raspberry

It’s only here for the fundraiser, so come try it while you can!

HOW TO SUPPORT:
Stop in Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, grab your LMN favorites (or try the Pom Laker Pop 👀), and help us show up BIG for GV Pom!

Tag the friend you’re bringing with you. ⬇️

What a memorable moment as a Laker. 🥈

I have learned so much over the past year about what pom truly means to me. Being a leader has led me to pour my whole heart into my position on E-Board. These girls keep me going through the tough times, whether it’s in or out of formation, I am the happiest with them. 💙⚓️

Who’s calling my phone? THE 2026 COLLEGIATE STATE CHAMP RUNNERS-UP ARE!📞📲🏆

My girls took the floor yesterday with our “GVP is calling” State’s routine and, for the first time since our program’s inception 20 years ago, earned a 2nd place in the Collegiate division! I am overflowing with pride for the hard work, dedication, and determination these girls have poured into this team to get here. I couldn’t imagine a better group of people to share this accomplishment with💙

Thank you to all 18 of my girls who showed up every day this season to fight for this dream, I love you all beyond measure. Thank you to my co-coaches @kiklone & @__brooke_white__ for being my anchors, always. And last but not least, thank you to all the previous coaches, alumni, and supporters of GVP who have helped to grow this program for 20 years & make this possible. History = MADE! ⚓️💙📞

Congratulations to all the other teams who competed yesterday!🤍🎉

This is very late but yay first semester of this year is overrrr. I've spent a lot of time in a lot of different places but its been great and fun and I'm so excited for this next semester.

From working on three different sets to high kick to spending time with my fellowships its been a bit of a ride but that's what makes life life. Good soup. I want to post more to share the strange images I've accumulated.

Adding this on, this is one of the most fun semesters I've had thus far, despite how packed my schedule got and I am slowly evolving as a human into gaining life skills
