NPT Tour gone National 🇬🇧

Got the call from the cali goat himself @gwizone_ from @flightschoolxchambergang about a young star @oakleyjohnson14 from Milton Keynes playing for Tottenham u9s @spursacademy I had been to MK quite a lot this year for some fitness events and I like the vibe out there. So making the journey to deliver NPT Tour out of London for Oakley from @jm_elite_coaching made sense to me.

This was my first session out of London and was worth the journey Oakley has focus and pays very close attention to detail with a positive attitude and joy to train.

Oak is smaller than some of his teammates so we prioritise unilateral strength to improve his speed and balance when taking contact from bigger players. He commits to each session so he’s gets results!

Look forward to locking back in with the boy soon.

NPT- Fitness event series

Back in Milton Keynes with @nlb.uk & @nsamotorvehicles for another unreal event. Big shout out to the man himself @chadzofficial for the invite 🫡.

This is my third time out here now, I might as well move Milton Keynes at this point 😂

I’m not even calling this a fitness event anymore. This was more like a fitness carnival/festival. The energy, structure and atmosphere throughout the whole day was unmatched.

One thing that really stood out this time was the unique collaboration with NSA Motor Vehicles. Seeing fitness, community and business all merging together like that was genuinely refreshing and something you don’t really see often.

The event itself had everything:

I went head to head with the boy @callmeomari_ in a skii erg challenge and lost 🫵🏾😅

I received treatment on my forearm and back from nnsportsmassage 10/10

Big respect to everyone involved for continuing to build something different and bringing people together through fitness, community and positivity.

NPT interview series 🎙️

Here with the cofounders of @flightschoolxchambergang the man himself @gwizone_ & @mb.fitness187 and coaches who played major parts in putting this together boxer @j0sh_cook & @freddy.liggins gymnast.

Whiz-
Spoke about the foundation of the movement and meeting mb in the gym. Whiz mentioned he’s been training for 16 years only Cali for 5 years and originally started off with body building. He also spoke about the history of Milton Keynes and how it’s not just a cut through but is and will be a hub for fitness.

MB-
Spoke about meeting whiz in the gym and competing with each other and that buzz that feeling they got they wanted others to have also so they got a space and put things together. MB mentioned he’s seen some of there ideas and creativity being copied so the don’t want disclose their future plans to much.

Freddy-
Freddie’s humility is unmatched as a world junior silver medalist in a highly competitive sports like gymnastics this speaks for itself in the type of coaching quality of this group. Freddy mentioned his close connection with Josh who’s been involved in Cali is how her me both the founders.

Josh-
The man himself is a boxer in my opinion the most difficult sport in the world again that speaks for itself. He mentioned training alongside the founders and being the confident man he is he thought let’s get involved in creating this. The key thing Josh mentioned was that as coaches both whiz & Mb aloud them to add there creative twist not giving them strict instructions to follow which created that family dynamic.

This has been one of my fav interviews so far more to come…

NPT- Fitness Event Series

Back in Milton Keynes with @flightschoolxchambergang & @nlb.uk community led organisations pushing fitness through community and inclusivity.

Came to this event back in January and the structure stood out straight away. That mix of hybrid circuit training and calisthenics isn’t something you see done properly often. I enjoyed it the first time so I already knew I’d be back for the next one.
Same high energy, team based environment with that competitive edge throughout. The circuit work was tough and tested endurance, creative games like dodge ball & tug of war then finishing with the calisthenics section split by ability level.

Pull up challenge at the end with a £50 prize which I won 🏆

One of my favourite fitness events I’ve been to and definitely worth the journey every time.

Big salute to the coaches for putting this together @chadzofficial & @gwizone_ and creating something that brings people together through training.
