A personal favorite for legs @thesanctumofficial the @gym80_uk Pure Kraft Leg Extension is a great alternative to pin loaded machines.

Great performed unilaterally or bilaterally, the resistance curve allows for consistent loading throughout the movement.

With a large seat pad you can get great contact on the back of the leg allowing you to feel this extension more proximal in the quads up into the rectus femoris and not just distally towards the knee.

This is also a great machine for people rehabing from knee injury.

Additional resistance in the shortened range can also be achieved using the banding pegs.

Want to know more, just ask the team.

Our very first Mr. Olympia was such an amazing experience! 🎉

We were thrilled to showcase our equipment, meet new people, see familiar faces, support our existing clients, and get to know potential new ones. The energy and positive feedback were incredible, and we’re so grateful for everyone who stopped by, trained on our machines, shared their thoughts with us and want to order and partner with us.

It was truly a fun and inspiring time, and we can’t wait to keep building on the excitement, bringing our equipment to more gyms, facilities, and homes around the world! 🇺🇸

Congratulations to all the winners and participants of @mrolympiallc thank you for making it such a memorable event. Until next time! 💪 #gym80 #kingofmachines #mrolympia

Las Vegas Olympia 2025!

Vegas was a full send.
Will, Max, Sean, and I hit the road for the Mr. Olympia Expo, a one-day turnaround packed with training energy, vendors, friends, and nonstop hustle.

From the drive to the convention floor, every moment reminded me why this lifestyle is built on community, discipline, and connection. It’s not just about fitness, it’s about showing up, even when it’s a grind.

Back to work. Madhouse never sleeps.

Celebrating 60 years of fitness, strength, and legacy at the Legendary Goals Gym — where greatness is built through grit, grind, competitiveness, and showing up day in and day out.

Nothing comes to sleep but a dream. This is more than just a gym. It’s a reminder that consistency builds champions, and legacy is created by those who refuse to quit. Every rep, every drop of sweat, every moment of sacrifice adds to the story.

Show up today. Show up tomorrow. Keep showing up. That’s how you turn dreams into reality.

“Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.”
