6 years of Max Performance

I started coaching full time 6 years ago when I was 19 years old

Here are some of the highlights:

I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science

I coached 100+ people, in 10+ sports, across 11 countries

I competed in BJJ, football, powerlifting and went for a run

I had an athlete compete at the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, and many others represent at international, national and state competitions

I consumed countless energy drinks

Thank you to all my clients who have trusted me with their training, I love what I do and I couldn’t imagine doing anything different
