🎧 WE NEED Y’ALL TO HELP US BUILD THE PLAYLIST! 🎃🏃🏾‍♂️

Me and DJ Nytelyfe are getting the vibes together for Halloween Pace & Pour next Wednesday, and this time we’re doing something NEW — the DJ truck is hitting the route with us. 😮‍💨🔥

So we need some input from the people actually running.

👇🏾 DROP YOUR FAVORITE RUN SONG IN THE COMMENTS.

Rap. R&B. Afrobeats. Pop. Rock. Country. Old school. New school. Whatever gets you moving — WE WANT IT ALL. 😂

We’re trying to make sure everybody hears at least one song that makes them pick that pace up a little bit. 🏃🏾‍♀️💨

🎃 Halloween Pace & Pour
📅 Wednesday, October 28th
📍 Slim & Husky’s
🎟️ FREE — RSVP LINK IN BIO

Comment your song, tag your running partner, then GO RSVP. 🔥

We’ll handle the vibes from there. 🎧💚

PACE TOGETHER. POUR TOGETHER. COMMUNITY IN MOTION.

WE’VE GOT A LOT GOING ON OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS. 💚🔥

And the best part? EVERYTHING IS FREE. So all we need y’all to do is show up and be part of it.

🧘🏾‍♀️ SATURDAY | 11AM
Pilates at NMAAM — come move with us at the museum.

🎃 SATURDAY | 12–4PM
Trunk or Treat — bring the family out for some Halloween fun and community.

🏃🏾‍♀️🍕 WEDNESDAY, OCT. 28
Pace & Pour: Halloween Edition at Slim & Husky’s — run clubs coming together, Fleet Feet x ASICS shoe demos, costume contest, music, food, and vibes.

We’ve been intentional about creating more ways for people to move, connect, and experience community outside of the four walls of the gym.

Now we need y’all to participate. 😂

All three activations are FREE — hit the LINK IN BIO, RSVP, and come experience them with us.

Don’t just watch the recap afterward wishing you came. 👀😂💚

PACE & POUR IS BETTER WITH COMMUNITY! 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🍕🔥

Antioch Run Club is back with another Pace & Pour, and we’re taking over @slimandhuskys .

What started as a way to get people moving has turned into something so much bigger. We’re bringing people together, building connections, supporting local businesses, and showing what happens when a community comes together for something positive.

And this time, we’re not doing it alone! 🙌🏾

We’re excited to have FOUR amazing community partners helping us bring this experience to life!

🤝 OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERS:

🏁 @chikikerunclub

🏁 @nashlatinasrunningco_

🏁 @everyotherweekend615

🏁 @motionpacers

Because the best events aren’t built by one business. They’re built by a community that shows up for each other! 💚

📍 Pace & Pour at Slim & Husky’s – Antioch
📅 Wednesday, October 28th
⏰ 6:00 PM

🏃🏾‍♀️ Come run or walk with us!
🍕 Stay for the pizza!
🤝 Meet some new faces!
🖤 Support Black-owned businesses!
🔥 And be part of something BIGGER!

Whether you’ve been rocking with ARC since day one or this is your very first run, there’s a place for you here. All paces are welcome. No pressure, no competition, just GOOD PEOPLE and GOOD ENERGY!

MONDAY MORNING. LEG DAY. 🦵🏾🔥

Good turnout and a solid start to another week at The Lab.

Nothing like getting up at 5AM and handling the hard part before most people even start their day. 😤

Good weight. Good effort. Good energy across the room.

Monday handled. Now let’s build on it. 💚

Come get some work with us — Monday through Friday at 5AM.

Come for the workout. Stay for the vibes.

Just us in the wild on a random Thursday night @carolannsbarandlounge. 😂❤️

• Ate, danced & vibed. 💃🏽
• Got photobombed by some random ladies. 😂
• Apparently ordered enough food to be mistaken for food critics. 🍽️👀

10/10 date night. No notes. 🥂💕
