MORE THAN JUST LEADING THE RUN. 🙏🏾🏃🏾‍♂️

A few moments from Pace & Pour where I got to do what I genuinely enjoy…. coach, lead, connect, and pour into people.

Whether it’s leading the stretch, getting everybody ready to move, or taking a moment to pray over the group before we hit the road, I don’t take any of it lightly.

We’re building something bigger than miles and workouts.

Movement brings us together. Community keeps us connected. 💚

🎃🍬 TRUNK OR TREAT AT THE LAB! 🍬🎃.

We’re bringing the whole community out for a day for the kids! Pull up Saturday, October 24th from 12–4PM for our Trunk or Treat Community Experience. 👻🧡.

We’ll have bounce houses, games, tons of candy, a live DJ, a Halloween photo booth, and food from Noir available throughout the event. 📸🎶🍗

Come dressed up, bring the family, grab some food, play some games, take some pictures, and let the kids load up on candy. 🍭🎃.
