We're very sorry to announce that due to logistical issues beyond the bands control that Newhvn have had to postpone their upcoming show at Rough Trade this Thursday.

We're working on a new date for next year as we speak, tickets will remain valid for this new date but in the meantime if you need a refund please get in touch and we'll sort it out!

Hello friends.

Maybe you saw already, but I’m charged as fuck to share that I’ve been chosen to join the 26/27 group of Resident Artists at Bristol Beacon. Feels like such a gift, especially to be there alongside friends and artists that I truly respect. We got together recently on our second induction day, and spoke closely about how we all felt somewhat like we’re “in between” people. Not like them four white dudes from that show that has, for some mad reason, become a cultural touchstone. But a shared feeling that we’re people who don’t always feel they have a home in their genre, expression or creativity. So to have been given a space where we can explore that kinda…liminal identity together is such a beautiful thing. Big ups to divine timing. I promise you all I will be annoying about this for the whole year.

Excited to say I am one of four artists for this year’s Bristol Beacon residency programme (!!)

To be given this opportunity is an honour and something I do not take lightly, thank you for having me @Bristol_beacon

I will be developing a new live show for 2027 & creating my debut studio album. The journey will be a long and treacherous one but I hope to bring you along with me for the lumpy expedition with me 🗻

Psyched to be on this programme alongside old and new friends @lawianywar, @haalband & @javeonmusic and to share these beautiful photos by @12kmedia 📸ft. maybe my new favourite instrument - here I sit inside the beating heart valves of Bristol Beacon’s concert hall, The Britton Organ

I could not have envisioned this without the incredible team of support, witchcraft(?) and writing guidance @mitoshkaa, @ze.zima & @nicola0rg < 3 Dream team amidst everyone else that has encouraged and believed in the weird sounds I congeal. Those close to me know that the application landscape has not always filled me with much enamour so I am especially grateful to sit alongside this absolutely killa alumni community- thank you !!

This feels like the start of a new era & it’s funny how sometimes we don’t know the last one is ending until it already has

That’s right 4 days we take over Firebug and Duffys for the next edition of Crowded Festival 🤯

It’s a full day of amazing bands back to back and all taking place in local grassroots venues, you’ll will watch some of your favourite bands and we promise you’ll make some new discoveries as well 💡

This year is set to be our busiest year yet, tickets are running dangerously low and as of the time of writing we only have 5 TICKETS LEFT. Can we get a sell out over the line? 👀👀
