A few weeks ago, we gathered for an afternoon of mindful rituals and creative conversation with @jayaniila, founder of @sifaliskin, and rising UK artist @ellamore__. From learning the art of gua sha to exploring the intersection of self-care and creativity, it was the kind of slow Sunday that reset my nervous system. We ended the day across the road at @fortroadhotel with an intimate performance from Ella that was the perfect closer to a truly special afternoon. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to the team at @turnercontemporary for the space and support. Special thanks to @ic3tanz and @lunafreddie.

Had an idea to make a kit with the number 3 and the name Lance on it 4 years ago for freelancers to feel a part of a team. Me and Humzah played around and sourced Ramberg style ‘94 kits from all over the world for it. Two years later I still hadn’t done anything with it so asked Titi to work on some graphic concepts to bring it to life and then two years after that I finally thought… execute your own ideas instead of always just helping everyone with theirs darlin’

Very grateful to my family for helping me wi the this lil project ❤️ Let’s make this 3LANCE thing an annual, let’s do a tournament? A sticker book? Let’s do 3LANCE basketball? Should make training bibs soon for this really?!
