I had to send my angel, Teddy off to run free on Friday. He battled many things and put up a hell of a fight with stage 4 kidney disease alongside other chronic illnesses.

This is an effort to recover funds that have left me in a hard place. Thank you for coming together for Teddy and I during this time. We’re so grateful for all the support we’ve received.

It’s been a record-breaking year regarding the amount of teaching I’ve carried out... which was my exact dream! This will be a theme. I taught the most (5 classes) during the Red Earth Herbal Women’s gathering earlier this month which was significant seeing as the first ever time I attended in 2016, I was fresh out of pharmacy school and had never even made an infusion before.

Life has such an interesting way of circling back around, huh?

Very fitting for the 10th annual gathering.

The numerology of 10 encompasses: a completion into a beginning, an overabundance, and community connection.

Going into this gathering equipped with the power power of 10 and guidance of Cronewort, felt like a pilgrimage. I knew the weekend would be a threshold to cross into maturity, vision and wholeness. It was.

Well it feels uncomfortable writing this because asking for help is something I’m learning to accept. I’m in a financial bind - my car needed repairs that went well beyond what I expected and budgeted for. On top of that, I am recently unemployed, have used most of my savings and have to pay rent and bills at the end of the month.

I am trying to raise funds to hold me over until I get a new job. I have two weeks to figure out how to raise $1,500, if you can please donate to the gofundme in my bio, anything helps! Please share too! If you have any work of gigs I can pick up I’m happy to help out and have a ton of experience working with food and event producing, please ask around in your network and let me know!

Alternatively, if you want to support my creative endeavors you can purchase the album I put out with @chosenfam510. I am in the process of revamping my clothing business after a hiatus from pop up events and am working on getting a depop online and selling at a couple events next month.

While things are definitely in a funk financially right now, I will say I am feeling richer than ever with the quality of my life! I’m grateful to have a space of my own and getting to see my daughter flourish and grow. I’m blessed to have an amazing partner, a healthy family and meaningful friendships. I’ve been writing a ton of music and excited to record and do more live shows! I have a sewing studio I now have more time to spend in with tons of new ideas stacked on the backend!

Moving forward I want to get more comfortable leaning into my community and asking for support. If you can help me get through this hiccup it’s greatly appreciated!
