And we’re just getting started.

Year 3 with the @usahockey Atlantic District. We appreciate the opportunity to provide combine testing and support the next generation of players in the tri-state area. Smoothest year yet. 💪🏒

Speed and Agility 🔥

Hockey is a game of short, quick movements.

Players who react quicker than their opponent win more races on the ice.

Off-ice speed training teaches the body to produce force in short bursts to help players perform better on the ice.

Faster feet create faster reactions.

Players gain confidence when they can win more puck battles.

Speed training helps players play with more confidence, which is ultimately the goal of any training session.

Train speed and make it fun.

Athlete Spotlight 🔥

Kyle has been training with us for over 2 years now.

He shows up week in and week out with a great attitude.

Lately, he’s been ringing the “PR” bell almost every session.

Keep it up Kyle!

Brothers for life, thank you jrf 🧡🖤

I can’t believe how fast the last 2 years went, this is such a hard goodbye. I’m super thankful for my coaches who made me better everyday and teammates for all the great memories that happened the last 2 years, couldn’t have asked for a better team. #jrf #family

🏒 Want to know what separates average from great coaches?

It’s not systems.
It’s not drills.
It’s not even hockey IQ.

It’s care.

How much do you care about your players?
How intentional are you about their growth from Day 1 to the final buzzer of the season?

💡 Great coaches:
📋 Plan practices with purpose
👀 Watch games with a development lens
🎯 Identify real skill gaps
🗺️ Design a season with progression in mind

It’s not about filling ice time.
It’s about building a path from Point A to Point B.

Care enough to plan.
Care enough to notice.
Care enough to develop.
