#MEETLEADERSHIP 🌞

Meet Hailey Zelada, our Primary Recruitment Director, and hear what she has to say about recruitment, her position, and her time in Kappa! 🌟🌟

“As Primary Recruitment Director, I work alongside our VPM Jo! I help her with everything recruitment related and bringing home our perfect pc :)

“Coming into this chapter I fell in love with this sisterhood and everything Kappa stood for which is why I wanted to hold a position and help strengthen this beautiful community. Looking back at my first year as a Kappa, I’m so grateful for everything this chapter has taught me and the girls I’ve met. Going into college, I was extremely nervous about meeting new people and how my next 4 years would look. Originally, I wasn’t planning on going through recruitment, but after meeting the girls in Kappa I immediately felt at home. This sisterhood is filled with the most genuine girls and thanks to that I’ve met my amazing big, who is always there for me, and my best friends 💖

“My advice to anyone going through recruitment is to truly be yourself and go with your heart!! As cheesy as it may sound, you will find your people and your sisterhood. Recruitment can definitely get overwhelming but remember this experience is about finding the place where you feel the most comfortable and like yourself. Most importantly, enjoy the process. Recruitment is just the beginning of an amazing experience so trust yourself and follow your heart 🩵 The right people will make you feel at home :)”

Going Greek is taking a chance on something new, not yet knowing the people, memories, and moments that will make it feel like home 🤍

The beauty of the Panhellenic community is that we can choose to go Greek for different reasons and still end up finding so much more than what we were looking for!

Go Greek. Find your why. Find your forever home🏠💞 #kappakappagamma
