⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Nuance — Hakmin Lee — Hakmin Lee draws inspiration from cartoons, games, and popular culture, transforming familiar references into sculptural furniture and objects. His work brings together playful forms and weighty materials, revealing unexpected contrasts through distinctive shapes and handcrafted details. For The Nuance, KiNN presents a selection of his works, including a newly scaled Crumpled Table Lamp. — Works on View · 《Woven Lamp 》 L · 《Woven Lamp 》 S · 《Grove Partition》 · 《Mini Paw Stool》 · 《Crumpled Table Lamp》 New Size — Exhibition | 《The Nuance》 Dates | 2026. 10. 10 – 10. 31 Venue | KiNN 📷 @sibaaek_

Particiating Works: Meltdown Clock - Hak Min Lee (@hakmazing ) Meltdown Clock satirizes the modern society’s relentless obsession with efficiency and productivity, treating people like machines, through the attitude of sloth. The clock, an instrument meant to measure time with precision, is humorously rendered in a distorted, seemingly melting form. In a society that demands constant operation and self-optimization, doing nothing is often regarded as inefficiency or a flaw. Yet sloth may be the most passive, and perhaps the wisest, form of resistance to a system that demands our exhaustion. —— Exhibition ‘Lean On’ Presented by Huis Saai 📍at ArtSpace AUTO VITESSE Voorterweg 128, 5611 TS Eindhoven, Netherlands 🏃During @dutchdesignweek October 17 (Sat) – 25 (Sun), 11AM to 6PM *Opening Party: October 17(Sat) #ddw #ddw26 #dutchdesignweek #dutchdesignweek2026

— Beginning October 10, KiNN presents The Nuance, a group exhibition exploring the subtle shifts in perception that emerge within a single form. Here, ‘nuance’ refers to a subtle difference sensed within a form—a shift in perception. It emerges through the interplay of form, structure, materiality, space, and the gaze, allowing the familiar to unfold into different impressions. Sungjun Park, Younghyun Lee, Hakmin Lee and Sakai each bring a distinct formal language to the exhibition. Rather than converging into a single aesthetic, their works retain their individual logics while creating different layers of perception within a shared space. When a single form resists settling into a singular impression, the familiar opens itself to other possibilities of perception. — • Exhibition Dates: 2026. 10.10 - 10.31 • Venue: KiNN 　2F, 25, Bangbae-ro 28-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul • Opening Hours: Wed - Sat | 12-18 • Participating Artists: 박성준 @sung_jun_park_ 이영현 @leeynghn 이학민 @hakmazing Sakai @d__e__k__a__n

Particiating Works: Gummy Bear Hookrack - Hak Min Lee (@hakmazing ) By transforming functional hardware into exaggerated ornament, Gummy Bear Hookrack introduces humor and handcrafted irregularity into an otherwise austere industrial system. 그 고민에서 시작한 공용공간 프로젝트가 Object Universe(2022), Love & Piece(2025)에 이어 세 번째 프로젝트, Have a Seat을 선보입니다! Have a Seat. Have a Seat reconsiders the relationships between artworks and people, bodies and space, through the everyday act of sitting. “Sitting objects,” each with distinct forms and materialities created by different artists, gather around a single long table. As visitors sit, pause, and spend time with them, the works shift from objects of contemplation into mediators of relationships. As individual seats naturally become shared places, Have a Seat proposes an open, welcoming communal space where people can linger, converse, and share time with one another.
