And that's a wrap!

Pictures & video from Spokane and Vegas @lvrenfair to follow but y'all... my busy 2026 knight season has come to a bittersweet close! Thank you so much for the amazing cheers and love.... You are why we work so hard ❤️

While we will see some of you at community events and weddings between now and then, I'm going to hunker down to recover, practice, and beef up for 2027. 🗡 💜

Thank you, @theseattleknights !

One of the gifts of raising kids at Renfaire is the people they get to grow up around.

Here, he was two years old and completely captivated by @theseattleknights tournament at @therealmsunknown. He already had favorite knights and took their fights very seriously.

What started around that age was a tradition that continues to this day. After every tournament, he waits to greet the knights. Whether their title is Sir, Dame, or Yeoman, whether they won or lost their fight, he insists on giving each one a high five or fist bump and petting all the horses.

I've always appreciated that some of the first knights he ever cheered for were women. To him, a knight is a knight.

A few years later, they're still some of his favorite people, and he's still waiting by the fence when the tournament is over.

Shoutout to @halberdame and @celebnaur (and all of our other faves) for always putting on a good show and being so sweet to this kiddo.
