🏁LUCKY CHANCE 250 WINNERS🏆

36 racers registered, 48.5 miles of rugged Nevada terrain, and one heck of a way to close out the 2026 season!💥 The Lucky Chance 250 brought plenty of carnage, flat tires, broken parts, and some hard-earned finishes. We had racers limping across the finish line, but that’s what happens when the competition is this fierce! 💨

And fierce it was! The Pro Class Overall Podium came down to just 22 seconds between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd! 🏆👏🏼 That’s the kind of racing we love to see! We were also thrilled to welcome so many new racers to the BOR family and watch them get out there and compete. The talent, determination, and competition across the field made this one a race to remember!

To every competitor, pit crew, volunteer, checkpoint crew, recovery team, friend, and family member who made this season possible, THANK YOU! 🙌🏼 BOR wouldn’t be what it is without you. We’re proud to have you as part of our BOR family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better race to bring our 2026 season to a close! 🏁

2026 Caliente 250 was a special one. It felt good getting the car out there after the weeks we had leading up to the race. Started it off nice with the livestream going down at the first water crossing 😅, to an injector wire failing on lap 2 putting us down some time. Got it fixed and race a hell of a lap on lap 3 and made a ton of passes to put us P2 in class. Only to run into an injector wire failure once again that put us into a spiral of issues 20 miles from the finish on the last lap. We battled extremely HOT clutch temps all day with 260° average and topped 284° on the last lap resulting in a seized primary that ended our day. Overall, car killed it with the pace we pushed it. @youngs_rigs killed it in the right seat and came in clutch with the injector fix on lap 2 to get us to the pit. Big thanks to @hale961 @utvpros_justin @patty_mcvise @muzzy9817 @garrett_miklovik for coming out to support despite having a busy weekend of their own in Cedar City. @ramon.j.rivera @crisannrivera @paigem.bailey killed it per usual and I couldnt thank them enough for all they do for us boys to go have fun! Huge thanks to everyone who supports this sport we love, it's turned into one big family! @snore_racing put on a brutal but awesome course, made sure we were safe and got retrieval! Caliente and I have unfinished business and I will return for redemption! See ya'll at RATR in Laughlin!

Tech. Qualifying. Race day. A look back at the racers, UTVs and action that made up a week in the desert with our drivers putting their BILSTEIN Black Hawks to the test!

The dust and mud has settled from R2V and just reflecting on what a great weekend we all had in the desert. Although it never seems to fail that something sets us back before the race and this was no exception. From the chase truck having issues and in the dealership the whole time we were in Reno to smashing the trailer into a telephone pole perseverance and stress was at a all-time high we would have never made the start had @jayhale7531 never found the parts we needed in salt lake and @kerryelynn driving them out to us. Huge thanks to @ramon.j.rivera & @michael.rivera54 for pulling my trailer with me and @muzzy9817 to the start barely in time to stage as the truck was getting finished up. As for the race we had a great pace going making plenty of passes until we lost brakes right before pit 1 and didn’t get them fully resolved by pit 5 putting us down about 45 minutes. Thanks to @fourlow for finding the problem in pit 4 and getting them to work for a bit. We had some new blood on the team this time @matthew_delahunty @jake_delahunty & @anaiddelahunty first time ever at an off-road event and they were our only chase guys and they absolutely crushed it! Welcome to the team boys!!
Thanks to @vitalmotionco for helping cover our first few pits for reassurance and @wannabe_wagon & @the_nunnery for taking care our first fuel pit. (Super quick!) Besides losing brakes for the first half we ran a flawless 2nd half coming in 24th out of 62 in class. We had such a blast ripping through the Nevada desert. Our BILSTEIN Motorsports team is on the ground this week working with our racers and dialing in their shocks for one of the toughest races of the year.

Tomorrow at 11 AM, our Motorsports shock tuner will be stepping away from race support to spend some dedicated time at the BILSTEIN booth during Tech & Contingency.

When I smoked a tire on a rock 4 miles off the start, our boys and girls at the first pit handled business getting us a freshie in the rack 🤘🏻 Thank you @fatkiddracingteam @hale961 @fourlow @ult_race_team @ashleyrkelley98 @5x5communications for being there for us 😇 yall are the best 🫶🏻

2026 Silver State 300 was another one to never forget. One of the most fun race courses I’ve ever raced. We had some sensor issues, but persevered and got a finish. But it’s time to address the elephant in the room. I’ve gotten a lot of people asking me why Casey isn’t in the car as much, and it’s because when I see my friends thriving. I will always push them towards the best opportunity possible. Casey has worked incredibly hard towards being one of the best navigators in the sport, the amount of time he puts into notes and being good at what he does is insane. I saw an opportunity for him to jump into Trophy Truck with @joeherling , and he can still ride with me for atleast a lap or two on the multi day races and have experience on the course going into the truck to help Joe be more successful, and I pushed him towards it. And that program just paid off huge with them taking second in trophy truck! I am so stoked for them. That being said, @flyingskier24 is the only other human on this planet that knows my car as good as Casey, and he stepped up and jumps in with me and doesn’t skip a beat. Thad is level headed, and cool as a cucumber. Calling notes perfectly and handling business when needed. I’m so stoked to have two of the best (in my opinion) dudes in the sport to jump in with me. Thank you @herlingracing and @powersport_pros for making this dream possible. I am so excited for Reno to vegas! Let’s keep this same never quit energy going and make it happen 🤘🏻
