The race is over. But your running goals aren’t. 🏃

Whether you tackled the Baltimore Running Festival this weekend or you’re already eyeing your next race, lingering pain shouldn’t dictate what’s next.

Recovery is more than waiting for the soreness to fade. It’s understanding what’s holding you back and building the capacity to keep doing what you love.

Still dealing with pain after race day❓ Let’s talk about what’s next🤝

If you live in Baltimore and your physical therapy clinic doesn’t look like this...

You might not be getting the results you’re looking for.

Most physical therapy is a closed off room, a resistance band, and a heat pack.

Rehab 2 Perform is built like a gym for a reason:

Getting back to full strength takes real equipment, the right environment, and a plan that treats you like an athlete.

Whether you’re chasing a PR or chasing your kids around, the standard is the same.

We’re opening in Harbor Point, built by Baltimore clinicians for the Baltimore community, and serving Harbor Point, Fells Point, Canton, Federal Hill, and the surrounding city.

Drop “Baltimore” in the comments and we’ll reach out personally to get you set up.

What is eNPS? It’s the score that shows whether a team actually likes where they work, not just whether they show up.

This is what the team already here says about working at R2P.

When your workout is your time, pain doesn’t just interrupt training. It takes away something you do for yourself.

You shouldn’t have to keep planning around what hurts.

Getting out of pain is part of it. Getting you back to what you love doing is the goal.

Physical therapy built for more than just feeling better.

Your workout. Your time. Stay Ready 2 Perform.

A lot of companies claim patients love working with them. At R2P we have the number.

94 Net Promoter Score. NPS measures how likely someone is to recommend you to a person they care about, not just whether they were satisfied. Most healthcare organizations land well below this.

That’s the standard and the caseload you’d be walking into.

Morning miles = earned. 🏃‍♂️

But the post-run plan doesn’t have to be couch → football → couch all day. 😂🏈

Get up. Move around. Give the body a little love. Then get back to the games.

What move am I missing? 👇

Opening a location is hard enough without building your outreach system from scratch.

At R2P, clinicians opening a new location get more than infrastructure. A 52 week outreach calendar already mapped out. Premade scripts for referral partners and community touchpoints. Search strings that help you find the right prospects fast. A tracker built to keep it all organized from day one.

You focus on the vision and the patients. The system for filling your calendar is already built.
