People don’t believe me when I say we achieve stand-out results by training less, and spending periods eating higher calories than preciously thought possible.

Standard fitness approaches out there are only showing you the short term, which is consistently keeping you stuck and starting over.

Chonny came to Mazzfit not feeling confident in her body, suck in a rut, underfuelling, wanting to drop fat, and didn’t know what to do to change this

She feared getting to the end of a deficit, gaining weight and not knowing how to maintain, and eat more

But the missing piece was having a nutrition & training plan working together, and building muscle without gaining body fat.

This is where working with a coach who understand your long-term vision & recomp goals & time constraints.

Like many of our mums working full time & looking after kids, the plan needs to be lifestyle-focused and sustainable long-term

We started Chonny in a higher calorie phase, with some low days in there before we touched being in a deficit

In months, we built better structure, education and flexibility with her nutrition, and built muscle mass, whilst dropping body fat in this time.

This time, the plan sticks, the results last

Not just losing the last 5kg, but recomping your body & having shape this time

To start your transformation for good, dm me READY - a decision you wish you’d made sooner 🔓
