Fussy thinks about her leaf-eating vegetarians too. 🌱🐈‍⬛

My mumma @honeyyjainguha_official is vegetarian, so Fussy had to make sure her vegetarian people were taken care of! ❤️

Here’s what’s on the menu for our veg-loving cats:
🥗 Kabocho no Nimono — our vegetarian salad
🥟 Edamame Mushroom Gyoza + Silken Tofu — two appetisers worth getting your paws on
🍜 Charred Nasu, Vegan Tan Tan + Miso Kinoko — plant-based bowls made for serious slurping
🌶️ Koko Thecha — our vegetarian thecha ramen, on the menu by popular demand!

Meat lover or leaf eater, Fussy has a bowl for you. 😉

Come hungry. Leave fussy. 🐈

Here’s my sanity subscription:

1. Accepting that delays are inevitable. No matter how much you plan, something WILL get delayed.

2. Making peace with changing decisions. What looks great on paper might make no sense once you see it on site.3. Not panicking every time money leaves the account. Because there’s ALWAYS another expense you didn’t account for.

3. Following up. Constantly. Because one person not doing their job on time can hold up five other things.

4. Writing everything down. Because apparently, “I thought we had discussed this” is not a project management system.

5. Knowing what to spend my energy on. Not every little thing deserves a meltdown. Pick your battles.
But honestly, the hardest part has been the guilt.

I feel guilty that so much of my attention is going into this new baby while my older businesses need me, too.

But I have to remind myself that this one is being built right now. It needs me in a way the others don’t at this stage.

And the only reason I can give this project my attention is because I’ve spent years building the teams and systems at my older businesses.

The old babies aren’t any less important. This one’s just a newborn, and right now, it needs more care. 😅

If you’re building something right now, tell me — what part of the process is testing your patience the most?

6 AM at Charminar, chai at Nimrah, and a boss who knows his orders. ☕️🤌🏻

Went for the chai, stayed for the bun maska and that kheer puff. Because apparently, the real stars of the show weren’t even the chai. 😭❤️

Took @half_a_bawa along, and the man knew EXACTLY what to order. I just showed up hungry.

Hyderabad mornings might have my heart. 🥹✨

Some chefs make noodles. Chef Kalpesh makes it everyone’s problem until they’re perfect. 🍜🙂‍↕️

Store-bought? Not on his watch.

Flour. Water. A questionable amount of perfectionism. And noodles that better be worth the fuss.

Fussy Ccat. We’re not saying we’re extra. But our noodles are. 🍜

We love our guests. We really do. 🥹❤️ But sometimes, the requests have us staring into the distance for a second. 🫠

We’ll always try to make it work, but a little planning goes a long way!

So save us the sigh, give us a heads-up, and book your table before you show up with the whole gang. ❤️

See you at Oxy, you lovely little morons. 🍸

At Oxy, every square foot has a side hustle. 🫠

The bar stores more than drinks, the reception doubles as a locker room, and the DJ booth… well, let’s just say it found a different career.

Small space. Big plans. Zero wasted corners.

Designed to do more with less. Welcome to the beautiful chaos of running Oxymorons.

Good cocktails don’t take shortcuts. Neither do we. 🧪🍸

24–48 hours of patience, a little science, and a whole lot of Oxy madness. Your sip is worth the wait. 🔥
