Remember… you are the greatest project you’ll ever work on. Some days may seem slow and tough. But it will be worth it. So keep going. I know I will. But will I see you at the top? ⛰️ 🏃🏾‍♂️ 👑 #running #mindsetofachampion #motivation #fyp #runners_of_insta

Running through my old neighborhood with the little brother who used to make fun of how slow & weird I did it >>>

Felt like a kid again on this run with my kid brother so that’s how I tagged it on @strava and that’s on making miles fun again.✨

Check out the #Growth on ‘KAUKA WILDER’ ❤️⭐️🧡

A Customer/Friend sent me this update video & I couldn’t believe it’s only been 2 years since he planted the (unrooted) #Plumeria Cutting …🪴💪

🏝️Some climates have longer summers & this can really help speed up the process & give you a couple extra months of growing each season📝

I had an awesome time practicing for @thesfmarathon with my father @raulalcantarphotographer in SF!
Had an awesome day of training. Ran the hills multiple times and felt what it’s like to feel cold again.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be healthy enough to run around SF. I know race day will come with alot of energy and emotions but I’ll make sure to try and keep them in check.

I got to spend time with my friend @ulysses_o who has been a friend since Kindergarten and is now doing big things out there in the art scene. We talked about how my father inspired him to pursue photography and now he just took it to another level. Happy to see you made your dreams come true! Since my dad is a photography artist and appreciates the arts, we ended up at the @legionofhonor museum and I learned how the Kings of England ran their kingdoms and controlled peoples imagination. 🫡😬😄👑

Whatever you want to do in life, do it like a King! Don’t let others limit your creativity and imagination!🏃🏾‍♂️👑 💯🔥🫡

I couldn’t have gotten to this point in life without the support of my love @y___jmz thank you for supporting me during my training and trying to keep us healthy. I love you and how you keep us living a high quality lifestyle 😘!

Thank you for the support and inspiration @raulalcantarphotographer @rebeca4 @rebecca4health @eav06 and Raul my big brother who doesn’t do instagram or social media but was the one who introduced me to the sport of running and taught me how to compete with myself to improve.

Special shout out to all the runners who continue to inspire me and family who still show support. I’m just trying to be better that who I was yesterday. I wish IG had the capacity to let me tag ever single one of you who has reached out! You are appreciated 💯Lets get this!

Running is a reminder to be thankful for our good and bad runs. To celebrate our victories and defeats. To get back up again and to be ready to do it again.

Be Thankful.
