💙❤️HAMO 5K 2025❤️💙Partnering with the HAMO Foundation to put on this 5K was an incredibly fulfilling opportunity. We were able to raise more than $7000 for their mission of providing resources and raising awareness around mental health. Thank you to everyone who joined us and showed their support. Recently with Upsilon Theta Sigma… we are so grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, support our community, and have fun while doing it all! Here’s an update of what we’ve been up to: A few of our members attended the Ten West Wellness Summit at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine which provided practical application of many integrative health practices.
We got to tour Genesis Natural Medicine Center 🍃 and heard from the amazing professionals that work there! We attended a networking 101 workshop with Kathy Munoz to grow our professional communication skills! We read stories to residents in a nursing home for our philanthropy! We hosted a book club📚, collected trash with Trash Cats, and had our New Member Retreat at Elevate Trampoline Park!
