Here it is…

9x9 - Nine by Nine

A culmination of my absolute favorite things on this planet.

Mornings, Coffee, Yoga, and Golf.

We are incredibly blessed to get to partner with @firstteehamptonroads @daybreakcoffeeclub @puregreen.hilltop and @drinkcrunchy to offer your new favorite morning ritual.

After a much-needed break from teaching, this feels like the right way to come back. Sharing a practice that’s given me so much, with a community that’s done the same.

We’ll move, breathe, have some coffee, and head out for nine. Before Nine. A little time for ourselves before the day starts asking things of us.

You don’t have to be good at yoga. You don’t have to be good at golf. Being a beginner is part of the point. Come as you are, bring a friend, and meet a few more.

Our first morning together is Friday, November 13th at First Tee of Hampton Roads.

Walk off the mat and onto the course.

Registration + details at the link in @hamptonroadsbogeyteam bio.

757 coming to life.

Working through this custom run for @hamptonroadsbogeyteam and their upcoming Ruff Ryder Cup.

The 757 used to be home for me, so this one was especially fun to put together. Twenty custom markers headed back to a part of the country I know pretty well. 🤙

Know the Break. Mark Your Spot.

I don’t really know where all of this is going yet, but I know I’m building a life I actually want to be present for.

Raising kids. Building things. Staying sober. Chasing a little white ball around. Trying to be a good man without taking myself too seriously.

Some days I’ve got it together. Some days I’m just trying to keep the ball in play.

Either way, if any part of that sounds familiar, welcome!

You’ve got me on your side.
