On getting more free —

Spiral Time Dance Retreat this year brought a huge opportunity to practice what I so often preach — ‘just cause you can doesn’t mean you should’ — and to liberate myself from something I’d outgrown. Passed the chef torch to @brebrecool & @han.slattery and have never been happier to fully drop in, fully receive, fully let go, fully embrace the unknown of the dance. Thank you @yoni_mitchell_ for creating this container of magical summertime expectation obliteration in Lockhart, Texas and @heyjinnij for capturing the profound beauty of souls in their essences 🥹🥹🥹 counting down til next year

I am reminded that how we do anything is how we do everything, and thankful for places like Spiral Time that cyclically return me to how I’d like to do everything 👍🏼

Our Sedona Women's retreat this past week was beyond what I could've imagined!

These women stepped out of their Comfort Zone's in countless ways and the amount of transformation that happens in just 4 days blows me away every time!

We laughed, we cried, we unplugged, we breathed, we hiked, we practiced yoga, we ate incredible food, and created so many unforgettable memories.

I am so grateful and proud of this group of women for saying yes to themselves, taking space and time to pour back into their own cups, embracing adventure, being so loving and supportive of one another, and going deeper into their own healing.

Thank you Sedona for being all that you are 🏜️💕
