Tour de Leaves 2026

What started as a random idea to spend four weekends driving around Colorado chasing fall colors and big bike rides turned into what will be one of my favorite traditions.

Telluride brought cold rain, a great campsite, and a hike up Imogene Pass.

Steamboat was Hannah’s first 100-mile bike ride, with some fence hopping and creek crossings.

Crested Butte gave us incredible singletrack, gravel climbs, and some of the best riding of the whole trip.

Breckenridge was a slower finish, with long stretches of bike path through the aspens and great conversation.

Every weekend felt completely different, and that was part of what made it special.

More than anything, it’s been such a privilege to share this life with Hannah.
Here’s to more adventures and more training blocks to prepare for our vacations.

July was a month full of walks to the creek, gal pals, county fairs, trails, movement, and yummy food

Crazy. For the last three years, I’ve been on a mission to prepare my mind, body, spirit, and gear for what has become one of my biggest life goals: the Tour Divide. It’s a bit surreal that it’s one week away.

June 12th I’ll join a couple hundred other people riding from Banff to Mexico. 2700+ miles through Canada, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous. So much is out of my control. But I know that my mind is strong enough to finish this. I’m so excited for the growth.

I’ve been surrounded by the best people to get me ready. Even though this is a self supported event, it hasn’t been a solo journey to get to this point. I’ll be pulling on the gratitude that I have for every single person that is making this possible.

Success is presence. Presence is success.

Our next intern highlight is Hannah Abraham!

Hannah lives in Colorado and is about to begin the DI stand-alone program. This is her second career, having a background as both a professional soccer player and business owner/coach in the youth soccer space. These experiences helped shape her passion for nutrition, performance, and overall wellness. Through her experiences working with athletes and mentoring others, she developed a strong interest in helping people improve their quality of life through sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits.

Hannah is especially interested in sports nutrition, women’s health, and private practice counseling. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with clients and helping individuals enhance their lives through empowering, educating, and guiding them. She is most excited for her rotations with Skratch Labs and two local private practices led by women!
