We are pleased to present Neda Dana-Haeri as one of the two artists featured in our current online exhibition Where We Meet, realised in collaboration with Hands-On Projects.

Born in Iran and based in London since 1977, Dana-Haeri’s practice is deeply rooted in Persian poetry and Eastern philosophy. Her work unfolds through layers of colour, texture, and material, building surfaces that carry echoes of memory and lived experience.

Through a process of layering and abstraction, she creates atmospheric compositions that hover between clarity and ambiguity. Her paintings become spaces where past and present coexist—fluid, shifting, and charged with emotional resonance.

Dana-Haeri’s work invites a quiet, contemplative engagement, where meaning emerges intuitively rather than through fixed narratives, offering a visual language shaped by inner reflection and the passage of time.
