First in the world ! 👑

C’est en effet ma performance la plus difficile que j’ai réalisé. Cela m’a pris énormément de temps pour y parvenir et j’ai même cru que je n’y arriverais jamais. Mais j’ai continué à croire en moi et finalement cela a porté ses fruits car je savais que je pouvais réussir ! Pour décrire les émotions que j’ai ressenties pendant l’exécution de ce mouvement, je dirais : motivation, espoir, joie, démotivation, frustration, et enfin réussite.

Vous ne pouvez pas imaginer à quel point j’étais heureux d’avoir réussi.

Comment décrire ce sentiment de réussite ? C’est tout simplement indescriptible !😳

En tout cas, je vous encourage à vous investir pleinement dans votre domaine de prédilection pour découvrir ce sentiment de réussite !

Pour conclure, je pense que pour réussir dans le sport, il est essentiel de : travailler sur sa discipline, de maintenir un minimum de motivation au quotidien, de croire en ses capacités sportives, de faire des liens avec les connaissances que nous avons, de se fixer des petits objectifs quotidiens, de garder en tête l’objectif final, de comprendre ce que nous faisons, et de veiller à ce que notre passion nous procure une sensation unique qui nous pousse à avancer, quoi qu’il arrive (une étincelle)!

60-second handstand. This was my goal until the end of the year, and I’ve achieved it! (and even a little bit more…).

I started a few months ago to really focus on it. I started with 20-30 seconds, slowly increasing to 30-40, until I reached the 50s, up until two weeks ago, when it was 55-58. That leap was hard, but I’ve made it!

Wall drills, endurance holds, warm-ups, and support from the people around me (thanks coach @refael.paz !)

Stay focused, be consistent, and be dedicated!

Still left 4 weeks until the end of the year…

If you want to improve your handstands, consider stopping the back-to-wall handstand exercises. Try chest-to-wall exercises and keep in mind the rest of the points for a better handstand.
