This summer has been a beautiful reminder about what I value most … the people, places and activities that fill my heart and fuel my creativity!

Here they are accompanied by the first recording for the @shallweshakespeare project. It’s a collaborative music community that @jerrykeyedin and I are starting to celebrate the bard’s words! Summer’s lease hath all too short a date but inspiration is eternal! 💫

3. Lake OscaWANNA have some FUN?! 4th of July week in our hood is a good time. 😊
4. Whenever any of the Cape Playhouse “Sense and Sensibility” peeps come to play we have the best time! 🐥

6. - 10 Teaching in Oklahoma @KCBBC_camp! My personal bucket was filled to the brim 🪣
12 days of the joy of classes, connecting with campers, the non stop nincompoopery with faculty and staff, the “Broadway Ball”, but most of all the absolute inspiration of @kchenoweth herself 🥹. This is a woman who leads with her whole heart and soul, and I couldn’t be happier (see what I did there? 🎶 😘) to be in her
orbit! 💫
11. Teaching in the city @bwaystarproject ! I could only do 3 days but there was still so much wonderful learning and new friends! 🌟
12. Obsessing over @sonnyangel.usa ‘s with my Big! By far my favorite of all the things that have ever trended for my kiddos. 🥰
13. Making more memories with @brittanycrinson. From newborn Pigletina 🐷 cuddles to bumper cars at Cedar Point.
14. - 19. Cleveland Rocks! 🤘
⚾️ to 🖼️ to Game Night 🎲 to a 🍕 party to staying in our Airstream on my cousin’s Christmas tree farm!🎄, that trip did my heart so much good! 💓

wow. what an amazing 11 days. when i first got accepted into Kristen Chenoweth’s Broadway Bootcamp I knew it was gonna be an amazing opportunity, but I had no idea how much it would impact me.
these past 11 days reminded why i love performing so much. every rehearsal, every class, and every conversation taught me something new. the environment was so awesome too. being in a room with people who share the same interests and have loads of talent was so surreal.
the faculty and interns were amazing too. from welcoming us into the performing arts center every morning to going straight into what we needed to accomplish that day.
saying goodbye to everyone was bittersweet. but we all know it isn’t the end.
thank you KCBBC for 11 days i will never forget.

So thankful for yet another year at this camp, this time interning! Thank you @shannonsparklewalsh29 for shimmying and sparkling with us every day this week. And thank you to @erincdilly for trusting me to choreograph for you, I’m extremely grateful!

Now on the count of three: WE LOVE IT, KEEP GOING!

I can’t even begin to talk about how much I love this camp. @kcbbc_camp has taught me so much on how to be a better performer and a better person. I could’ve never prepared myself for what I was going to experience in that week and a half.

Firstly I would like to thank @kimvento for making sure we had everything we need to succeed. Thank you so much for everything. You are such a sweet person and I’m so glad I got to meet you and talk to you. @marymitchellc, you are so kind and so down to earth. You helped us not be cocky about our abilities and made it ok to struggle and to fail because that’s how LIFE is. You made all of us feel like we were all learning together and that growing and changing was ok. @jack.t.wallace, thank you for taking the time out of your day to come and teach us the true meaning of what is it to be grateful. It was such a lovely experience to get to end with gratitude every day.
Thank you to the rest of the faculty for taking time out of your insanely busy schedules to come and teach us and let us get closer to achieving our dreams. To the dance faculty, you helped every camper at KCBBC feel safer in their bodies and that it’s ok to be yourself and not try and fit one specific look. To the voice and MT faculty, you helped us grow and develop our characters through song interpretation. It was extraordinary . For that I am thankful. To the acting faculty, y’all helped put us into the shoes of our characters with @hanksjunior giving us the space to be creative and think out of the box with scenes we could interpret our own way, and @iamjonathanbernstein really having us imagine our characters in our monologues and developing a deep understanding of who we’re playing.
Thank you interns for choosing to be with us. You all know how joyful and supportive this camp is and you all really contributed to making us feel loved and cared for. Lastly, thank you @kchenoweth. None of us would be here without you. You are so wonderful.
I hope to see you all next year! 💕

Wow. My heart is soo full!! This is my first and hopefully not my last year at kcbbc!!
The kids and faculty @kcbbc_camp are amazing!! Being around such wonderful human beings is such a special feeling.

KCBBC Part 3

These people are the light of my life. They are what give me love and hope for humanity and the future as well as keep my love of theatre alive. Thank you God for giving me another opportunity to be at my home away from home at the @kcbbc_camp I wish I could tell each and every one of you how much you mean to on this note, unfortunately there is a limit lol, it would be way too long. Thank you to the faculty as well for building my confidence, I always believed I wasn’t as talented as some people told me, but because of you all, I’ve learned to not care and that as long as I am happy and confident, that’s all that matters. I love you all so much, text me and I promise you I will answer 🤍 🙏

Some weeks change your craft, and others change your life… KCBBC gave me both.

To every faculty member and intern who poured into us: thank you for teaching me that being a great performer starts with being a great person. You reminded me that this art form matters because of the people it reaches, the stories it tells, and the hearts it changes.

You showed me that life doesn’t always follow the script, but that’s what makes it beautiful. It’s unpredictable, messy, exciting... and it’s ours to create.

Thank you for believing in me, challenging me, and reminding me why I fell in love with theatre in the first place. I’ll carry your lessons with me far beyond this week. 🩷✨

KCBBC, how do I even begin to describe my gratitude for the people, memories, and lessons learned and made at camp. For 10 days, each camper had so much love and mentorship poured into them while we learned alongside the best performers and creators within the world of theatre. Each intern, staff member, and faculty made this experience possible for all 88 campers (all from around the world) and continuously checked in on each and every one of us, making sure camp was the best experience possible. And hugeee shoutout to the queen herself @kchenoweth for creating such a welcoming and influential place. Thank you to everyone who made camp so memorable. And thank you to the campers for showing me what home truly feels like, you all will hold a special place in my heart forever. 💞 @kcbbc_camp

I had the best time interning at KCBBC❤️

I got asked to choreograph my very own number and it was the best experience ever. These boys were so amazing and they taught me so much. I love this camp and being on the outside was so rewarding.🫶
