Just a group of girls deciding to believe in themselves a little bit more 🥹

Trying the thing before they feel ready, posting the slightly cringe reel, having a wobble, changing their minds, trying again… and having other business girls in their corner the whole time.

Because honestly, being a creator can feel pretty lonely sometimes. You’re sat there comparing yourself to everyone on Instagram and wondering if you’re the only one who hasn’t figured it all out yet. We want to change that.

I didn’t exactly plan on spending so much time in the UK.

But somewhere between fewer enquiries, a little uncertainty and realising I was trying to force momentum that just wasn’t there… life made the decision for me.

But maybe I don’t need to have the whole thing figured out right now.

Maybe sometimes the best thing you can do is stop trying to make a plan work, take the unexpected detour and see where it takes you.

We thought confidence was something you either had or you didn’t 🫣🫠

That you had to feel ready before you could put yourself out there.

That you had to stop caring what people thought.

That one day, you’d magically wake up and feel confident enough to show your face, share your work and take up space.

Turns out… we had it backwards 🤍

Confidence came because we started.

Through the awkward videos.

The posts we nearly deleted.

The moments we wanted to hide.

The tiny decisions to do it anyway.

We all found confidence in different ways, but we learnt the same thing: You don’t have to feel confident to start. Starting is how you build it ✨

The funny thing about running your own business is that everyone talks about the freedom… but nobody warns you that you also become responsible for everything 😂

Some weddings start with an inquiry. This one started with a random conversation at an airport. 🤍

I met Esperanza on my way back from Madrid, and within minutes we discovered we shared a little connection from our previous lives in the sky — even down to recognizing the same cabin crew bag. ✈️ From there, the conversation somehow moved to her upcoming wedding in Dubai. I showed her my photography, we kept in touch… and little did we know what the next few weeks would bring.

Plans changed, there was so much uncertainty, and at one point we weren’t even sure the wedding would happen.

But it did. 🤍

Esperanza & Elie chose the beautiful Nikki Beach Dubai for their celebration, and I came back to Dubai especially to photograph their day.

Some of their family and friends sadly couldn’t make it, but the love that surrounded them was incredible. It was intimate, emotional, relaxed and so genuinely happy.

And Nikki Beach couldn’t have been a more beautiful setting — the sea, the light, the atmosphere… everything felt effortless and perfectly suited to them.

What started as a completely random meeting became a wedding I’ll always remember — and somewhere along the way, a client became a friend. 🤍

Because we’ve been that woman too.

It’s funny how quickly extraordinary becomes ordinary.

The things people dream about become your commute, your weekend plans that never happen, or something you keep saying you’ll do “eventually.”
