The last run of the season! Always bittersweet but we had a great crew all season. Several running their first halves or fulls and they are ready for it! The weather was incredible and we cannot wait until @cbusmarathon (or @nycmarathon for @scottinohio or Marshall for Phil)!

Such an exciting couple of weeks coming up! After Columbus, we celebrate and then I'm off to Dresden for their race the following weekend!! So excited for the trip!

Happy birthday to a truly wonderful woman who spends so much of her life caring for others. You have such a beautiful soul and have always been my rock. You deserve nothing but the very best, and I look forward to many more years of celebrating you.

I love you, Mom.

Just out here being a silly 🪿
There was some miscommunication, so I started the race early with the 5k and 9.71k runners and finished just as the last person started the 1 mile race 🫣 Overall it was a great time and I took 1st in the women's 1 mile and 3rd overall! 🥇

After the race, I went over to @fleetfeetcbus Togetherfest to rep @chicknlegsrunning. I got to talk with a lot of people who are training for fall races and help them find some awesome shorts for their next run!

Happy Global Running Day! 💖✨️

Thankful for the sport that brought me the best community and so many core mems - OCRs, 5 marathons, 1 ultra, 10+ half marathons, countless shorter races, 2 trail relays (but we don't talk about Ragnar Ohio - iykyk), being a Pigworks ambassador, Huma gel ambassador, and SaltStick SweaterCrew, and MIT pace coach. MIT is truly the best Columbus run club 🫶🏼 join us at TogetherFest on June 20th! It's free!

Excited to start training for the @nycmarathon in just a few short weeks! If you would like to donate to my NYC charity, the link is in my bio 😌

This month has been a whirlwind, but getting to partake in the accomplishments of those I get to share life with makes it all worthwhile.

Meeting up with friends to cheer on other friends while encouraging strangers who could become new friends makes for a fantastic start to the day.

We’ll see if I have my voice tomorrow.

Way to go, @capcityhalf participants!
