Double Bay’s newest edition @ca.phe.mai a Vietnamese cafe by day and wine bar by night. The venue has been “four generations in the making”, says Cindy Mai and Ed Loveday, the team behind it, with generations of knowledge, skill and recipes being showcased here. I can safely say, the dishes here blew me away and were such unique, fresh and mouthwatering flavours. And it has to be one of the best coffees in town… if there’s ever a line here, just know it’s worth the wait 🍜🥢
