Got to geek out a little bit last Friday. FINALLY got to meet (in person ) @hardcorefitlarry , his wife @hardcorenadia and his sister @hardcorefitnicole of @bulletproof_fitness_equipment at home gym con, and it was such an incredible experience. We’ve all talked for years ( literally ) but haven’t officially gotten to meet in person.
Larry creates ( in my opinion ) the BEST home/ gym equipment there is. Getting to test out a lot of the new stuff he’s dropping was awesome !!
Thanks again big dawg for taking the time to talk shop even though you were insanely busy 🙌🏼🙏🏼
And getting to experience it with my love just made it that much sweeter @isaura.isa2 ❤️

Life lately ✨

We finally checked out the mini golf @swingersus at @mandalaybay ! This was our third time trying, and we finally made it even after waiting an hour. 😅 Quick tip: book your time slot online in advance!

Much needed bestie time. It had been way too long. So good to see you, twin 🤎 @hardcorenadia

So much fun with my favorite people. ⛳️

Life gets busy, but some friendships never change. So thankful for you. Love you, bestie. 🤍

Sneak peek from my photoshoot. 🫣 I can’t wait to see the final photos! Off-season look.

After almost 3 years, we finally checked out the aquarium at @mandalaybay . 🦈💙

Such a cute little farm to visit on the weekend! 🐐🤍 @thelasvegasfarm They have a farm market with fresh fruits, pies, eggs, and baked goods. You can pet and feed the rescued animals, and it was such a fun experience. If you’re looking for something different to do, go check out their page and show them some love! 🌾🥚🍓

Four years ago, I made the decision to fight for a better life, for myself and for my family. What started as small choices became discipline: making time for me, choosing healthier habits, and showing up even on the hard days.

Today, that commitment has become part of who I am and I’m officially 100 lbs lighter because of it.

This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. It’s been about longevity, strength, confidence, and proving to myself that consistency changes everything. I’m incredibly grateful for the people who supported, encouraged, and believed in me through every stage of this transformation. Thank you for being part of it.

Almost 50 and still look 25 but what’s even more impressive is how you manage to be so beautiful and confident yet so humble.

You’re my favorite person to travel with

You’re the best workout partner

The most amazing dog mom

You can dress up and look more elegant than any celebrity

You can then turn around and be the goofiest girl

You can be the most fit person anyone has met

You can then relax and eat with me

You can drive an old uhaul or a Ferrari making both look good

You love family

You love me through it all

You’re my Benjamin button only getting better as the years pass and happy to be here celebrating you for another and many more to come!

Happy 49th bday ❤️
