TESTIMONY❤️: I will Always look at these pictures and be reminded of God’s grace‼️48 hrs before, we were en route to Waco for some Mother + Daughter time in celebration of Carrington’s bday. It was raining, so everyone on the road was driving extra careful... Suddenly, we hit a pool of water that spun the car out of control...spinning us from the far left lane into on-coming traffic! THE SPIRIT OF GOD was with us, as we both began to pray out loud “FATHER HELP US”... I remember distinctly, Carrington saying “Lord protect us and my baby🙏🏽❤️😭” ( Shiloh was still peacefully sleeping in his car seat). I held on tightly to the steering wheel as we continued to spin, heading into the far right of 3 lanes and before almost hitting the barricade, the car miraculously straightened up and came to an abrupt stop....Putting us on the right side median to safely exit😩🙌🏽! Shaking and in shock, I eventually called my husband who helped get the car towed...and with the help of two sweet angels ( we love you Mike & Harmony) he brought his truck, and encouraged us to resume our trip! We later learned that although my tires were replaced in Nov, the tread on my rears were worn down. Alone that night, the tears finally fell with the realization that this could have been catastrophic😭. BUT, praise God for his grace & protection! I later wrote in my journal that I am thankful for life and resolved to have a new commitment to live even more purposefully....BUT, also the joy, hope and peace in knowing, that my faith journey has brought me to a place of confidence: Had this been another outcome😰I AM SURE of where I’m going❤️! Thank you Jesus for that assurance‼️

What a week to remember! Grateful for my sisters who traveled with me. Here’s to many more memories in the years to come. A couple weeks working here in SoCal, then home to NorCal.
