TRAIN HARD. RECOVER HARDER. 🥊🇹🇭

We push pretty bloody hard on our Lock & Load Retreats. But it's not all hard work.

Ice baths, saunas, a bit of downtime and plenty of laughs with the boys.

Because it's not just about what happens in the gym. It's about the whole experience — the training, the recovery, the friendships and the memories you take home.

This is just another side of Lock & Load in Thailand.

They arrived as strangers. They left as mates.
That's the part of these trips that's hard to explain until you've lived it.
A group of blokes from different backgrounds come together, train hard, laugh a lot, push each other, and somewhere along the way the whole thing changes.
By the end of it, you're not just sharing a gym. You're sharing stories, beers, bruises and memories that stick.
Thailand is back — 10–21 February 2027.
Twelve days of boxing, training, recovery, culture and one hell of an experience.
If you've been thinking about it, this is your chance.

You look after the business, the family, and everyone who relies on you.
Who's looking after you?
Lock & Load is three days of boxing, recovery and real brotherhood for men who've spent years carrying the load.
Train on the beach. Push yourself. Switch off from the noise. Spend time around good blokes and former world champion Les Sherrington.
No boxing experience needed. Just a willingness to step up.

Steve came to Thailand at 52 years old. He'd never fought before.

In those first few sessions, Les wasn't even sure this was going to work.

But Steve kept turning up.

He listened. He learned. He got better.

Then he stepped into the ring.

He got knocked down.

And he got back up.

That's what this is really about.

Not becoming a fighter.
Not pretending to be someone you're not.

It's finding out what's still there when you put yourself somewhere that demands a little more from you.

Steve found out.

There's still more in you than you think.

52 years old. Never fought before.

This photo tells you how Steve's night ended.

What it doesn't show you is where he started — or what happened when things got tough.

This afternoon, we'll show you Steve's story. 🥊

When was the last time you did something that was just for you?

Three days away from the noise. Train hard. Recover properly. Challenge yourself. Have a laugh. Spend time with a small group of blokes doing exactly the same thing.

You don't need to be a boxer.
You don't need to be super fit.
You just need to be willing to have a crack.

Not all the work happens in the ring.

Some of the best moments happen in between — when the gloves are off, the work is done and a group of blokes who barely knew each other start feeling like mates.

That's Lock & Load.
