Original for toast, always. Cinnamon when I want something that feels a bit more like a treat!
I just can’t pick a favourite most days.

Tell me which one’s in your pantry?

I've been working on something for a little while now.... Introducing my new range of dry baking mixes! 🤩

These are not your average supermarket baking mix. Each is designed around celebrating a particular local ingredient, supported by other quality New Zealand ingredients. They are quick and easy to make, with bakery standard results! 🌟

First up is my Oaty Chocolate Chunk Cookie Baking Mix 🍪 Soft, chewy, and full of @whittakersnz chocolate chunks with the goodness of @harrawaysnz oats - these cookies are a modern take on a classic.

Available at @tastenaturenz from this Thursday (22nd October), or you can find me selling them at markets! 😊

Do you buy oats? I’d love your help!

I’m currently working on my Masters research at the University of Waikato in collaboration with @harrawaysnz looking at how the cost of living crisis is influencing the way New Zealanders buy oats.

If you have a few minutes to spare I’d really appreciate it if you could take the time to complete my survey!

You can also go in the draw to win a mystery prize!

Survey link is in my bio ☺️

The Lake Taupō Cycle Challenge has been part of my cycling story for a long time!

I’m excited to be teaming up with Harraways as I prepare to take on the event again this year!

My first memories of the challenge go back to 2009, when my dad rode and my sister and I waited on the roadside to hand him bottles. Since then, I’ve taken part in the relay with Dad and eventually did the full 160km myself. Swipe through for a few memories from along the way!

Over the coming weeks I’ll be sharing a little of how I’m preparing for another lap of the lake. First up is breakfast! I’ve been loving Harraways’ new High Protein Oats, they’re quick to make, delicious and an easy way to fuel my training.

Who else is taking on the Lake Taupō Cycle Challenge this year?
