Such a pleasure to work with @gorpgirls and the talented @harrietsplates to bring together a menu to accompany a perfect few days of disconnecting from the world and reconnecting with nature 🌿

Thank you to @faithinnature_uk for making this possible, and to @citizensofsoil for the amazing olive oil that complemented each of the dishes 🍽️

Good food, good company and a little more time in nature 🌿

Starting with morning yoga in the field followed by a plant powered feast by @harrietsplates, we spent time slowing down, switching off and making the most of the outdoors, with @faithinnature_uk’s naturally derived products keeping us feeling fresh along the way.

A reminder that living gently can begin with the smallest rituals.

Spent a couple days in the woods with some incredible women, teaching yoga and a grounding meditation surrounded by nature.

A little reminder that nature has a way of bringing us back to ourselves 🌱

Thank you @gorpgirls & @faithinnature_uk for creating a beautiful space to slow down 🐚🪬🤍🧿

And to @2sdaysupperclub @harrietsplates for the plant based nourishment!!
