Hey 👋

Welcome to all the new faces here!

For a while, I’ve been hiding behind my own work, always feeling better at pointing the camera than being in front of it. I’ve always had an ironic fear of being seen, given my profession.

Recently, a new client asked me on the phone ‘What do you actually look like’? Between all of the new faces, the clients' question, and almost getting my account hacked, I figured now was as good a time as any to say, what's up 🙂

So, here’s a bit about who I am, where I've come from, and what I care about.

Swipe through - and if anything in there resonates, reach out. I'd love to hear from you.

It’s so hard to describe the simple magic of a caress with no agenda attached to it.

To experience the joy of simply receiving without expectation to do anything in return.

To know that the intention behind that touch is to bring loving presence.

You can only know this by experiencing it.

Dm if you have any question about this experience and follow the link in our bio for the next event. ❤️

HOW. GOOD. IS. ALEJANDRO. 🥁💃🏻🔥 oh what a man.

Along with founder of @feelgoodflows_ your host @eliza.with.love we have the extraordinary talent behind the production of King Kong percussions, Alejandro, back on the beats this Sunday.

9.30am yoga by donation on the St Kilda Sea Baths Rooftop - every Sunday.

Why drums? Well…

Our goal at Feel Good Flows is to create this “conscious collective flow state” & the rhythmic beat of drums mirrors the natural rhythm of the heart, creating a harmonious & grounding sensation in the body.

The synchronisation of breath movement of yoga with drums helps maintain focus, dropping into a deeper meditation through out the session

The primal, soothing sound provides a powerful auditory anchor that enhances the mind-body connection essential for quietening down the minds chitter chatter and helps get everyone into that feel good conscience collective flow state.

But we can talk about this stuff for hours… better you come and experience it for yourself.

Shall we? 🥁🥁🥁

🌻 They say to truely love… is to love someone exactly as they are, and when this type love is offered you can watch how quickly they end up transforming into the greatest, truest version of themselves.

I love doing life on my own… but oh my heart… how beautiful it is to do this work with the people I love, for the people I love.
