🍺 STAFF TRAINING DAY DUMP 💪

We’re always striving to be better at the Shoes and last week we embarked on a strenuous Staff Training Day (STD) to help us up our game 😮‍💨

The end of the month will bring some changes for our booze offerings so we just had to pop to Bristol to check they were all up to scratch for you lovely lot 😘

As you can tell from these photos, it was really hard work and we didn’t have any fun at all… the drinks were bloody great though 🍻

🧙‍♂️JACK-OFF’S MASSIVE QUIZ-OFF (with friends) ⁉️

Night two @ SHOESFEST 2026 saw a mammoth upscaling of Jack-Off’s monthly pub quiz with 39 teams and nearly 200 participants 🙋‍♂️

The Grand Quizmaster himself, plus three special guests and @grahamsthedj on the decks, entertained a top night of quizzing, banging tunes and general tomfoolery 🤪

And the best bit?? We raised heaps of money for NICU @ruhxcharity and you can still donate now on our JustGiving page 😎

Keep an eye out for the next instalment of JACK-OFF’S BIG QUIZ-OFF down the Shoes soon 👀

A brilliant weekend up at FIELD TRIP by @vinylgathering for their first year & our first Luckys outing! Fantastic music, great food & tasty bevs - if we do say so ourselves. We managed to get the other side of the bar for a cheeky dance and the vibes were high until the very end. Huge thank you to the team for having us 🫶🏼
