Life lately, some good things to tell you about...

Went to Frome, that was nice. Maybe too many prams.

@mayablackwellpoetry's book on Permaculture nudged me into booking the permaculture design course I've been thinking about for ages 'Planting the seeds of radical regeneration'! Yes! Also, Derek Jarman's Modern Nature is great and turning me into a hypothetical gardener 🌱

Cycled to Bath, been wanting to visit the @landracebakery for a while, but instead ate the mutton ragu from @landraceupstairs and it was soooo gooood I cant stop thinking about it

Then saw @olivialanguage talk about her book, The Garden Against Time, which feels v timely, with all my permaculture chat. What are gardens! Spaces of contrived abundance? An ecosystem we can co-create? When are they havens and when spaces of exclusion? Etc etc

London! They liked the sandwich quite a lot @papi.restaurant

@cibomattobristol a lil cafe in east bristol with great Italian home cooking. This pearl barley soup with lots of OO and parmesan on top 👌

This is an actual video of my toothbrush charging up, sent by my mum this morning. It stopped working so she took it apart and fixed it with a soldering iron. Her handiness knows no bounds! @ducheminjoelle

@whinyardrocks Welsh sparkling red! It's delicious and also v photogenic

Im playing with making ink still. Finally used those avocado stones, left in my freezer for about a year, to make a dusky orange. Is this a niche interest? Friends look at me in a confused manner when i tell them about this.

Bristol Greens @bristolgreensbasketscheme is an affordable greengrocer, based out of a garage round the corner from my house in south bristol. The veg is amazing and grown within a few miles and profits go to local families in need of food 🥕
