And finally… we completed our internship at Lincoln Corner Gilgit as FOCs. ❤️

When I first came to know about Lincoln Corner Gilgit, I always wished to be a part of it. After two attempts, I finally made a place for myself here and looking back, I’m genuinely grateful that I didn’t give up.

What made this experience special was the disciplined environment, like-minded fellows, meaningful activities, and, most importantly, our incredible mentor, Sir Adnan. Under his guidance, we not only learned professionally but also grew as individuals. He influenced us in ways that went beyond work and shaped us holistically.

As FOCs, we had the opportunity to arrange activities, conduct them successfully, maintain discipline, contribute to the LC community, and take responsibility for making things happen. Every task, challenge, and event taught us something new.

To our FOCs seniors and fellows you guys were amazing and incredibly supportive. I’m grateful for every interaction, every lesson, and every memory we created together.

There are some places you visit, and there are some places that become a part of you. Lincoln Corner Gilgit is definitely one of those places for me.

I would highly recommend every student at KIU to visit LC, participate, learn, and experience what this place has to offer.

I will always cherish the fruits of this experience and carry the lessons, memories, and connections with me.

A heartfelt thank you to Lincoln Corner Gilgit, Sir Adnan, all my fellow FOCs, and the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad for trusting us and giving us this opportunity. ❤️

Some chapters end, but the impact they leave stays with you forever.
